Them Jersey drivers

So New Jersey is banning cell phone use while driving, unless it's a hands free unit.
I'll agree cell phone use while driving is a little distracting, that's why choose not
to do it. I tend to take driving pretty serious. Guiding a 2 ton object through
traffic is a dangerous thing. If you make a mistake someone gets hurt and
sorry won't cut it. Do overs don't happen. Which brings me to this point. I can
think of many things that are much more distracting. Like say, eating, shaving,
applying makeup and reading. I would take care of these issues first. What's
that you say? All of these things should fall under inattentive driving. Makes
sense to me. Then why a new law?
